Welcome to One-Day Web! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

One-Day Web provides web design and development services ("Services"). We agree to perform the Services as described in any specific agreement or invoice provided to you.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work on any project.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and before the final website is launched or files are delivered.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) required for the project in a timely manner. Failure to provide content may delay the project timeline. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and code. One-Day Web retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and for marketing purposes. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One-Day Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
